About Mrs. Nuessle
I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you and your child to the first grade! I am very excited about the 2021-2022 school year. I have many fun activities planned for the year, which I will tell you about through emails, our class website and reminders. This promises to be a fantastic year and I am excited about sharing my knowledge with your child!
I am originally from Spartanburg, SC and I received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. I also have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina, Aiken, and a Masters Degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. I have been teaching for 25 years, and previously taught at Aiken Elementary for 19 years. This will be my fourth year at Chukker Creek Elementary and I am so excited to be working with the passionate teachers at "The Creek!" I enjoy reading, cooking, watching good movies, decorating my house, sewing, collecting children’s books and hanging out with my husband, Patt and our daughter, Paeth. Paeth (rhymes with Faith) is 10 and a half years old and keeps us busy and on our toes! She will be a Fifth Grader at Tall Pines this year! I’m sure you will hear many interesting stories about her during the school year. I also enjoy working with children and can’t wait to get to know your child!
If I can ever be of assistance to you, please let me know. I will be at school weekdays from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm. Feel free to call me during school hours if you have any questions or concerns. I will return your call as soon as I am able. You may also email me at your convenience. I will respond to your emails the same day.
I am looking forward to working with your child and getting to know you! In my classroom, we are all considered family. Let’s work together to make this year a wonderful one!
Enjoy some pictures of me and my family!
